WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL INVOLVE
* Collaborating with the Store Manager to optimize store routines, ensure readiness for customers, and achieve sales targets
* Focusing on weekly campaigns, sales attitude, and creating a positive, energetic environment for your team
* Supporting the Store Manager by communicating, leading, and coaching on the store floor, aligned with our Leadership Values
* Training colleagues on customer-first attitudes, needs assessment, and upselling
* Leading by example through physical work, sales, and routine tasks
