Care and Support Team Lead
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Care and Support Team Lead.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A recognised Level 8 Social Care qualification or a Level 7 qualification accompanied by a management qualification, coupled with five years of direct experience working in residential childcare or managing services to vulnerable children and young people.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing care to vulnerable young people in Sligo on a permanent basis.

Education: Recognised Level 8 Social Care qualification or a Level 7 qualification accompanied by a management qualification.
Experience: Five years of direct experience working in residential childcare or managing services to vulnerable children and young people.
Key Skills: Excellent communication and report writing skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
