Overview
We are looking for a friendly and organised Temporary Receptionist to join our clients' team in Dublin 2. They\'re a professional but friendly team and are very client focused and need someone who can jump right in and help them keep things running smoothly.
Pay: €16-€18.50 per hour, based on experience
Start Date: 22nd September
Expected to last a couple of weeks. This will be on a week-to-week basis.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
* Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
* Handle and sort incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
* Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
* Handle meeting room bookings and organisation.
* Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and scheduling.
What We\'re Looking For
* Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role in a global or corporate company.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Fluency in English and attention to detail.
* The ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment.
* A professional and polished demeanour.
