A Part-time receptionist is required to join a busy dynamic team in a GP Practice based in a Primary Care Centre, North Dublin.
Applicants MUST have Medical Receptionist /Secretarial experience .
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong multi-tasking skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and telephone skills.
Willingness to be a team player and an ability to work on own initiative.
Experience with Health One software is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
Role includes the following:
Answering all incoming calls and booking appointments as requested.
Managing patient appointments.
Cash handling and issuing receipts.
Scanning/ filing/organising post/ other duties assigned by the Practice manager or GP's.
Education: Advanced /Higher Certificate(required)
Work Location: In Person.
Language: Fluent English required.
