Hotel Operations Leader
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Hotel Operations Leader to oversee the running of key functions in our hotel. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership and management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the hotel's daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest service from each department.
* Oversee the operations of the hotel, ensuring quality and standards are met consistently.
* Anticipate guest needs and proactively manage their expectations.
* Assist with the management of the hotel's conference, wedding, bar, and restaurant services.
Requirements:
* Previous duty management experience in a busy property.
* Ability to manage a large and demanding hotel operation on a daily basis.
* Excellent communication and attention to detail skills.
* Ability to lead a team and provide exceptional customer service.
