Technical Service Professional
The role involves providing technical support to customers, ensuring the optimal performance of processing equipment. This requires hands-on maintenance activities, troubleshooting, and fault-finding services on-site and remotely.
* Installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance services are provided on Tetra Pak Processing Equipment.
* Execute preventative and corrective maintenance tasks to maximize system efficiency.
* Troubleshooting and fault-finding services are performed on-site and remotely.
* Liaison with customers to establish a positive relationship.
* Production supervision and training of customer personnel on processing equipment.
A strong educational background in a technical field and relevant Tetra Pak experience for at least 3 years is required. Mechanical maintenance experience on processing or liquid food equipment is essential.
Key skills include separator, homogeniser, and valve and pump knowledge, as well as experience in the food industry and/or cheese production. Physical fitness is also required to perform the tasks involved.
