Are you looking for a challenging opportunity to apply your process engineering skills in a dynamic and innovative environment? As part of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the commissioning, qualification, and start-up of a new API facility.
This is an exciting role that involves working with large scale reactors, process tanks, filter dryers, and associated services/utilities. You will have ownership of systems during commissioning, qualification, and facility start-up, as well as operations support for equipment and automation commissioning and qualification teams.
About the Job
* Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth facility start-up and operations.
* Generate and update documentation to support project requirements.
* Engage with shift teams to capture input for safe and efficient operation of the new facility.
Requirements
* A degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related science discipline with 2+ years' experience.
* Familiarity and experience of working within the chemical/pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of API/small molecule manufacture.
* Strong technical writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word.
* Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Requirements
* Strong knowledge of small molecule manufacture and process equipment.
* Emerson DeltaV experience.
* Commissioning and validation experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
* Thorough and diligent approach with good attention to detail.
