Job Description
Regularly emptying and clearing rubbish
Replacing any failed light bulbs
Reporting all maintenance issues to head office
Mopping, dusting, vacuuming
Cleaning of communal areas such as lobbies, stairwells, and landings
Qualifications and Skills
Candidates for this position should have the following skills and qualifications: Full valid UK Driving Licence. You will require to drive to St James Village and be able to take cleaning equipment with you to site; fuel costs will be paid.
Be able to demonstrate good organisational skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong sense of time keeping.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
