Are you an experienced B2B Marketing Manager looking for your next challenge? I'm working with a leading organisation in the food production sector, who are seeking a Marketing Manager to drive the growth of their dairy portfolio. This is a 15-month contract role with the potential for extension.
You'll play a key role in developing and delivering marketing strategies across key markets, supporting innovation, and enhancing customer engagement. The role is based in West Cork, offering a fantastic opportunity to work with an international team and dynamic leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead marketing strategy and campaigns for the dairy product range, driving growth across key markets.

Manage marketing activities including collateral creation, website updates, email campaigns, and trade shows.

Own marketing efforts for the Japanese market, supporting positioning, events, NPD launches, and customer engagement.

Collaborate with internal teams across sustainability, R&D, market research, and sales to deliver value-add product propositions.

Drive thought leadership and market research to enhance product positioning.

Manage marketing budgets and deliver on KPIs.

Oversee event management and customer engagements.

Support digital marketing initiatives to raise brand visibility.

Monitor market and competitor trends to shape marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
Experience Required:

5+ years' experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within food, FMCG, or manufacturing.

Proven track record in developing and delivering successful marketing campaigns.

Strong project management and budget management skills.

Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, R&D, sustainability, etc.).

Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills.
Qualifications:
