Manufacturing Operations Specialist
We're seeking a skilled professional to drive process improvements and contribute to the growth of our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and lead structured improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency
* Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, implementing solutions that drive results-oriented outcomes
* Mentor and guide teams on problem-solving and continuous improvement practices
* Collaborate with operational teams to monitor progress and sustain improvements using data-driven insights
Requirements:
* Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations
* Proven track record in a manufacturing environment with hands-on experience in process improvement
* Certification or extensive experience in Lean methodologies (Black Belt preferred)
* Knowledge of Lean and continuous improvement tools (e.g., 6S, Kanban, PDCA, value stream mapping)
