While previous experience within the nursery or toy industry is not essential, experience in a customer-focused environment is crucial. Full training will be provided to meet our exceptional standards.

This role involves working shifts during week and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales and achieve targets by providing exceptional, personalised customer service
* Deliver outstanding service by going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
* Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to enhance the customer experience
* Handle returns and process deliveries promptly and professionally
* Maintain store standards through effective merchandising and product presentation
* Accurately process transactions and manage stock requests
