Manage, develop, and evaluate employees to ensure efficient department operations, including hiring, developing, promoting, engaging and retaining talent while setting performance objectives to ensure functional goals are fully met.- Lead projects and project teams to …..Develop and maintain tool standards and procedures, ensuring consistent adherence by equipment engineers. - Coordinate tool data analysis, compile reports, present findings, recommend corrective actions, and propose long-term improvement plans. - Track installation, site acceptance testing, and mass production readiness of new equipment; oversee the relocation of existing equipment to optimize workflow. - Develop, implement, and maintain a system for tracking tool records, inspections, warranties, and service agreements. - Collaborate with manufacturing engineering and cross-functional teams to resolve equipment issues, improve reliability, review procedures, and minimize downtime. - Monitor critical tool performance, ensuring maintenance schedules are followed and specifications are met. - Investigate and implement countermeasures to prevent premature part breakdowns. - Respond to engineering support inquiries from other departments, and allocate resources during critical tool downtime. - Research, develop, and implement emergency tool recovery plans. - Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
