Job Title: On-Site Project Coordinator
As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing operations on-site and ensuring that all work meets the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising civils works, with a focus on Telecoms and/or Power.
The role requires regular site visits to monitor progress, provide guidance and support to on-site teams, and interpret technical drawings to communicate requirements effectively. Additionally, the candidate will need to prepare work areas in advance to optimize workflow and participate in weekly leadership meetings to discuss project progress.
* Conduct regular site visits to oversee operations and ensure work meets top-quality standards.
* Supervise teams daily, providing guidance and support across multiple projects.
* Interpret technical drawings and effectively communicate requirements to on-site crews.
* Prepare work areas in advance to streamline workflow for teams.
* Participate in weekly leadership meetings to discuss project progress.
* Walk off jobs and conduct final measurements.
* Support the Operations Manager in executing ongoing projects.
* Act as the main point of contact with the Principal Contractor while on-site.
* Monitor material usage on-site, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
* Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
* Manage procurement processes for upcoming projects.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 2+ years' experience supervising civils works on-site, ideally with a Telecoms and/or Power background.
* Safe pass and Manual Handling certification are required.
* SLG (Sign Lighting and Guarding) and Lugs (Location of Underground Services) are desirable but would be put through training for the right candidate.
* Full EU Driving License is essential.
