Full-time Permanent Office based in Naas, Co Kildare Hybrid policy, 3 days in office - 2 days work from home The Role: Monitoring company annual returns. Filing company annual returns Preparation of company minutes. Providing administrative and secretarial support to our team Attending and taking minutes of, or procuring that minutes are taken, of General Meetings, Board meetings and specified sub-committee meetings Our Company Secretarial Administrator will be a key member of our expert team and contribute to the growth and development of the Practice.
