Role Overview:

This position plays a crucial part in our operational team as an Office Supervisor. Your main office is situated in D15 and can be easily accessed via public transport.

Main Responsibilities:

* Lead staff and manage their daily/weekly workload efficiently
* Handle claims and queries within predetermined service levels and turnaround times
* Oversee employee rosters, breaks, holiday cover, and other related tasks
* Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for the team
* Manage escalated issues to be reviewed by management
* Perform general administrative duties as required

Requirements:

* Recent experience in a similar role with people management and administrative skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary
* Able to troubleshoot system issues (desirable)
* Previous experience with HR duties is advantageous
