Site Management Role
The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. They will be responsible for managing subcontractors and logistics within a controlled environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of all on-site activity
* Compliance with health & safety regulations in an ISO accredited setting
* Monitoring of programme and cost performance
* Conducting regular site meetings and progress reporting
* Supporting project handover processes
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience as a Site Manager on medium to large-scale construction projects
* Trade background or construction-related qualification (degree/diploma preferred)
* Proven ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractors effectively
* Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance procedures
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
