If you are a qualified QFA with a 2 years experience in the Irish market, this is an excellent opportunity to further your career in a professional and supportive setting. Responsibilities: Administration of life assurance and pension policies Preparation of investment portfolio valuations Managing pension scheme documentation and processes Supporting the firms compliance with regulatory obligations Providing pre- and post-sales support to the advisory team Coordinating with life companies to ensure smooth processing of all business Responding to client and provider queries with professionalism and efficiency Maintaining internal systems and databases to a high standard Ideal Candidate: Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA) 3 years+ experience in a brokerage, life assurance company, or bank In-depth knowledge of the full suite of life, pension, and investment products Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to deliver high-quality work while managing multiple priorities Benefits: Salary €40k-€50k DOE Flexible working hours (Hybrid after 6 months) Pension CPD If you are a Life, Pensions & Investments Administrator, please contact Rion Gallagher for more information.
