Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to lead our budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering 12-month forecasts, detailed financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. Additionally, they will identify cost-saving and profit improvement opportunities, present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership, and support audits and maintain accuracy in financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes
* Deliver 12-month forecasts and detailed financial analysis
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls (e.g., SOX)
* Identify cost-saving and profit improvement opportunities
* Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership
* Support audits and maintain accuracy in financial reporting
Requirements
* Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or related discipline
* Qualified ACCA, ACA, CIMA or similar
* Minimum 6 years of experience in financial management or a similar role
* Strong expertise in financial reporting, modelling, and compliance
* Experience in manufacturing or cost accounting preferred
* Familiarity with international VAT and multi-VAT registration
* Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills
