We have a strong culture of valuing staff and customers and want to cook serve good, locally focused and accessible food with colourful and efficient and most importantly, happy staffWoollen Mills restaurant is not looking for an experienced full-time Duty Restaurant Manager.This is a full-time position with working around 45 hours per week, so this would not suit anyone in day-time education programs.Roles and Candidate Requirements:Managerial experience in a busy restaurant environment is essential.Responsibility for ensuring all standard operating procedures ( including safety and compliance procedures) are carried out correctly.Focus on customer service and guest experience - ensure that the highest standard of customer care is given to all our customers.Wine knowledge is an advantage, but not essential.Skill to handle customer queries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.Ability to motivate, inspire, and empower others to improve performance.The successful candidate must have (or be):Strong leadership capabilities to effectively manage a team.Knowledge and understanding of all standards and ethos and delivery within the restaurant.Enthusiastic, customer focused, and friendly with the ability to work under pressure.Excellent communication skills as dealing with staff.Must have permission to work FULL TIME in Ireland and a strong command of the English language.Salary DOEJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €33,000.00-€45,000.00 per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany eventsCompany pensionEmployee discountFood allowanceWellness programApplication question(s):Are you currently in Dublin and available to attend an interview and a short trial?Are you permitted to work full-time all year around?Experience:restaurant managerial: 3 years (required)Work Location: In person
