Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present high-quality dishes to the hotel’s exacting standards.
* Manage and oversee your assigned section of the kitchen.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop innovative menus.
* Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
* Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
* Mentor and support junior kitchen staff.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
* Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and local Irish produce.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* Passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
* Relevant culinary qualifications are desirable but not essential.
