We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Director to lead a large, complex multi-site engineering contract across IrelandThe successful candidate will act as the technical authority for the account, ensuring high standards of service delivery, statutory compliance, project execution, and client satisfaction.Working pattern: Monday- Friday 08:30- 17:00Key Responsibilities:Act as the senior technical lead and key point of contact for the clientProvide regular client reporting on KPIs, SLAs, compliance, and performanceBuild and maintain strong client relationships through transparent communication and delivery excellenceLead and support multi-disciplinary engineering teams across multiple sitesEnsure full compliance with statutory maintenance, PPM schedules, and regulatory requirementsOversee engineering audits, asset condition reviews, and lifecycle planningSupport mobilisation, asset validation, CAFM / CMMS integration, and ongoing optimisationOversee engineering projects and remedial works from scope through deliverManage budgets, forecasts, and commercial performance of the contractSupport CapEx planning, tendering, contractor management, and cost controlEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budgetMonitor and drive KPI performance, continuous improvement, and innovationEnsure HSEQ standards are met and embedded across the accountProvide leadership, mentoring, and development for engineering and technical teamsQualification and experience:Mechanically or Electrically qualified (trade, diploma, or degree level)Strong background in engineering-led FM or technical servicesExperience managing large, multi-site engineering contractsStrong commercial and financial awareness (budgets, forecasting, reporting)Confident communicator with senior clients and internal stakeholdersExperience working within regulated or public-sector environmentsCAFM / CMMS implementation or optimisation experienceProject management experience (CapEx and lifecycle works)IOSH / H&S qualificationWe are looking forward to hearing from youIND1
