Job Description
The Corporate Finance Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality advisory services across mergers and acquisitions, valuations, fundraising, and strategic projects. This position is situated within a dynamic environment where the incumbent will be responsible for managing engagements, leading teams, and advising clients locally and internationally.
* Lead end-to-end M&A, valuation, due diligence, and capital raising engagements.
* Act as primary day-to-day client contact.
* Review financial models, valuations, and transaction materials.
* Deliver clear, commercially focused advice.
* Manage budgets, timelines, and billings.
* E nsure compliance with quality, risk, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Mergers and Acquisitions: Lead engagements from start to finish, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
* Financial Modelling: Develop and review complex financial models to inform business decisions.
* Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
* Team Leadership: Manage and develop Analysts and Senior Analysts, providing coaching, feedback, and performance input.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
* A minimum of 58 years of Corporate Finance / M&A experience, preferably within a Big 4 or similar organisation.
* An ACA, ACCA, or CFA (or equivalent) qualification.
* Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A deep understanding of the Irish market.
