We are seeking an experienced BIM Lead to drive digital excellence and coordinate Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes across a diverse portfolio of projects in the West of Ireland. This is a senior role, offering the opportunity to lead BIM strategy and mentor a growing team while working on high-quality projects across commercial, residential, industrial, and healthcare sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the implementation and management of BIM standards, workflows, and protocols in line with ISO 19650.
* Coordinate digital models across multi-disciplinary teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration.
* Oversee model development, clash detection, and information exchange throughout project lifecycles.
* Provide training, mentoring, and technical support to architects, technologists, and project managers.
* Ensure BIM deliverables meet client requirements while supporting sustainable, innovative design solutions.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of digital design processes, keeping ahead of industry developments.
Requirements
* Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
* 5+ years’ experience delivering projects in a BIM environment.
* Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM-related software.
* Excellent knowledge of BIM standards and project coordination methods.
* Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high technical standards.
