Job Title: Corporate Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage client assignments, allocating resources and overseeing the team.
* Oversee and manage complex and high-risk assignments.
* Provide regular updates to clients, directors, partners, and team members.
* Address technical or complex aspects of clients' assignments.
* Lead project management for assignments, including staffing, budgeting, and scheduling.
* Mentor junior staff, supporting their development and career progression.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in corporate finance.
* Proven team management skills, including supporting the development of staff.
In this role, you will play a key part in delivering strategic insights to optimise the value of your clients' deals. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance throughout complex transactions. As a Corporate Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing client assignments, overseeing teams, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
