About Kevin Elliott Wealth
We work with some of Ireland's most successful professionals, entrepreneurs, and business owners — people who've built real wealth and now need help protecting, preserving, and directing it.
From seven-figure retirement planning to multi-jurisdictional asset structures, our clients bring complexity — and trust us to bring clarity.
At Kevin Elliott Wealth, we take a people-first, strategy-led approach to wealth.
We build deep relationships, craft long-range plans, and solve meaningful problems.
No product-first thinking. No one-size-fits-all templates.
Just smart, independent advice — built on technical rigour and real human insight.
The Role: Financial Planning Consultant
This is a client-facing role for someone who can help implement sophisticated financial plans for high-net-worth individuals and families — across retirement, investment, tax planning, and wealth protection.
You'll be supporting clients with complex and often multi-layered portfolios. That means working across pension and ARF structures, company cash, investment platforms, and bespoke protection strategies.
The ideal candidate blends sharp financial knowledge with strong interpersonal skill — someone who can sit across from a high-performing CEO and explain both the why and the how with confidence and clarity.
What You'll Be Doing
* Defining strategic financial plans based on financial modelling
* Implement tailored strategies for retirement income, investment portfolios, and risk planning
* Coordinate with product providers, legal/tax partners, and clients to ensure timely execution
* Participate in strategy sessions with the founder to design client solutions
* Assist with client onboarding, reviews, and financial plan documentation (training provided)
You'll Succeed If You…
* Are QFA qualified (non-negotiable)
* Have 3–5+ years' experience in wealth management, pensions, or financial advice
* Are confident handling high-value client cases
* Can implement multi-product strategies across pensions, investments, and protection
* Are people-first in your communication, but numbers-first in your rigour
* Are comfortable working independently in a remote environment
* Are pursuing or open to pursuing the CFP designation (bonus if already qualified)
What You'll Gain
* Daily exposure to complex HNW client cases — including cross-border, business-owner, and retirement scenarios
* A front-row seat in a modern, fast-growing financial planning firm
* The opportunity to shape how high-quality advice is delivered in Ireland
* Flexible remote work, high autonomy, and a culture that values excellence over volume
