At Monread Fare, we look to bring a little magic into your life by delivering the ultimate donut and coffee experience at our Off Beat Donuts and Insomnia counter.
Off Beat Donuts are made fresh on site throughout the day in front of our customers.
Unique recipes, which we have fine-tuned to deliver the delicious donuts customers have come to know and love.
We are looking to recruit enthusiastic, creative and passionate people to join our team in Monread Fare, Naas.
The key responsibilities:
To provide excellent customer service at all times.
To plan and prepare ingredient quantities and preparation in advance and to ensure sufficient and timely deliveries of finished donuts.
To have an in-depth product knowledge of the Offbeat/Insomnia range and promote any special offers/product promotions to Customers.
To make and finish the Offbeat range of donuts to the specified recipes to the highest quality standard required.
To ensure the counter is presented to the highest standard and in line with company guidelines at all times.
To control the use of ingredients, minimize waste and finished product and to maintain the food cost at the agreed level.
To comply with all HACCP and hygiene requirements to ensure the highest standard of hygiene and food safety at all times.
To complete all daily paperwork and participate in the routine reviews of these records and results (e.g. Daily sheets, orders, waste records, food cost, HACCP records etc.)
To be a team player, fully flexible and assist across all departments where needed.

The successful candidate must possess:
* Customer Focus - awareness that the customer comes first. You must have a passion for delivering excellent levels of service!
* Experience working as a barista.
* Be able to address and resolve customer concerns.
* Knowledge of HACCP hygiene systems.
* Personal Drive - you don't need to be told what to do. You know what is required to succeed and you go about doing it.
* Integrity - honesty is the best policy when it comes to team work, and respect for everyone who you come into contact with, colleagues and customers alike.
* Teamwork - you get on great working in a team. You know when you are required to lead and follow
* Food knowledge - this is desirable, but not essential.
