The role offers exposure to EU trade mark prosecution, portfolio management, and strategic advisory work, alongside opportunities to collaborate on broader IP matters such as licensing and litigation.
Key Requirements:
* Qualified or Part-Qualified Chartered Trade Mark Attorney, or Solicitor with strong experience in EU trade mark prosecution.
* Solid knowledge of EU trade mark laws; experience managing global trade mark portfolios is advantageous.
