Job Title: Senior Administrative Support Specialist
This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as a highly skilled and experienced administrative support specialist. As an integral member of our team, you will provide comprehensive secretarial, clerical, and administrative support to senior management and the board of governors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide professional administrative services to the board of governors and its sub-committees, including drafting agendas, scheduling, and recording minutes.
* Liaise with internal and external agencies, including hospitals, government departments, and other organizations.
* Support and administer the return of monthly performance metrics to relevant authorities.
* Process general enquiries and ad-hoc requests for information in a timely and efficient manner.
* Collect, compile data, and produce regular and ad-hoc reports as required.
* Ensure compliance with key areas identified in infection prevention and control, national quality schemes, and other relevant initiatives.
Requirements:
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new software systems quickly.
* Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
