We are currently seeking a highly motivated Clerical Officer to join our team in Ballina/Swinford, Co. Mayo.

Contract Type: 12 months fixed term

Contract Hours: 35 hours per week (1.0 WTE)

Salary Scale: €26,606 to €42,805 pro rata per annum. Salary scales are subject to LSI's (Long Service Increments). This pay scale is subject to increases in 2025 in accordance with the recent WRC agreement towards enhanced pay adjustments in Section 39 organisations.

Annual Leave Entitlement: 30 days pro rata per annum and proportionately less for less than 12

months service.

Overview of the Post:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support for the Children's Disability Network Team for North Mayo as outlined in the principle duties and responsibilities below.

The successful candidate will have

Essential Criteria:

* Reception experience essential - greeting service users, answering telephone, responding to queries.
* Experience working as part of an Interdisciplinary Team
* Experience in file management (manual and electronic)
* Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Experience managing telephone enquiries
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Experience of minute-taking
* Experience compiling statistics
* Planning and Managing Resources – ability to plan and organise own workload effectively and methodically
* Problem Solving & Decision Making – strong analytical and numeracy skills, including the ability to analyse data to inform decisions
* Communication & Interpersonal Skills – ability to present information clearly and concisely, strong written communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders; treats others with dignity and respect

Desirable Criteria:

* Experience using CDNTIMS systems
* Experience using NiSRP systems
* Experience of IFMS systems
