Key Responsibilities:
* Advise on and lead corporate transactions, including M&A and restructurings.
* Conduct and oversee due diligence and draft/negotiate agreements.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
* Collaborate with other departments to deliver cohesive client service.
Requirements:
* 2-4 years PQE in corporate law from a leading firm or in-house.
* Experience in M&A, corporate finance, or related areas.
* Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Client-focused with a commercial mindset.
* Qualified in Ireland, England and Wales, or a common law jurisdiction.
