We are seeking an experienced production manager to oversee the evening shift at our manufacturing facility.
* Supervise and motivate the team to achieve production goals
* Monitor workflow and allocate resources effectively
* Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with health and safety regulations
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a manager role within a manufacturing environment, strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability under pressure, flexibility to work evening shifts on a 4-day schedule,
