The Care Assistant's primary role is to deliver personal care and assistance to a client in his/her own home. Care Assistants are responsible for carrying out identified care needs such as; personal care, toileting, meal preparation, light housework and promoting client comfort, dignity and well-being.
Qualifications & Experience:
* QQI Level 5 Care of the Older Person and Care Skills Modules OR a commitment to complete essential.
* Full clean driving license is essential
* Own transport
* Smart phone
* Good standard of written and verbal English (desired)
* Caring and empathetic
* Can work as part of a team or independently
