eir business talent are currently partnering with a leading Main Contractor to recruit an experienced Façade Manager for major build long term projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected contractor delivering high-density residential and commercial projects, with a strong pipeline of work across Ireland.
The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take responsibility for overseeing all façade-related activities from design coordination through to installation and handover. You will play a key role in managing programme delivery, technical coordination, procurement, quality assurance, and interface management across façade packages.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Façade Manager on large-scale construction projects
Strong background in façade systems, coordination, and installation processes
Experience managing façade subcontractors and technical interfaces
Strong understanding of BCAR processes, technical submittals, and compliance requirements
Experience managing façade procurement, logistics, and programme deliveryStrong knowledge of BIM coordination and construction sequencing
Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong focus on quality, safety, and programme delivery
