Key Responsibilities: Provide person-centred support to individuals with intellectual disabilities in residential and community-based settings. Assist individuals in achieving their goals and promoting independence and inclusion. Support service users with daily living tasks such as personal care, cooking, leisure activities, and social participation. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure a high standard of care and well-being. Maintain accurate records and adhere to all policies and procedures. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential - full training provided. Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills.
