They are seeking an experiencedERP Business Analystto join their team on a permanent basis, supporting core enterprise platforms and working closely with business stakeholders on-site.This role is ideal for a hands-on Business Analyst who enjoys being close to the business, influencing decision-making, and seeing their work translate directly into operational improvements.The RoleAs ERP Business Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring ERP solutions align with operational needs and strategic goals.Key responsibilities include:Eliciting, analysing, and documenting business requirements across multiple functionsWorking closely with stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and improvement opportunitiesTranslating business requirements into functional specifications for ERP enhancements and projectsSupporting ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, and continuous improvement initiativesCollaborating with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure successful deliveryParticipating in testing cycles (UAT), issue resolution, and post-implementation supportContributing to process optimisation and standardisation initiativesEnsuring solutions are aligned with governance, controls, and best practiceAbout YouYou are an experienced ERP-focused Business Analyst who is comfortable working in an on-site environment inCo.
