We democratize technology to enhance accessibility and build a more inclusive and sustainable future.Reconciliation & Corporate Action Administrator:What You'll DoYou'll be responsible for the daily operational management of Corporate Actions and Reconciliation activities, ensuring high standards of accuracy, compliance with market deadlines, and quality client service.The position requires strong operational precision, effective prioritization skills, and a solid focus on operational risk control within a regulated environment.Ensure that Corporate Action announcement information is captured in a complete, accurate, and timely manner within internal systems.Process all Corporate Action events (mandatory and voluntary), with particular focus on voluntary and option-based events, ensuring: Accurate processing; Timely release to clients and depositoriesCompliance with agreed SLAs and market deadlinesMonitor the receipt of Corporate Action entitlements and proactively follow up with relevant counterparties to ensure receipt within due dates.Follow up with clients who have not provided instructions for voluntary Corporate Actions.Perform administrative activities related to securities where the bank acts as Listing Agent or Paying Agent.Perform daily reconciliations of: Cash positions; Securities positions; Derivatives positionsInvestigate and follow up promptly on any breaks or mismatches.Manage daily Money Market (MM) and FX matching activities.Monitor operational flows and identify any anomalies or discrepancies.Ensure client queries are addressed within predefined timeframes.Identify and propose improvements to reporting mechanisms to enhance client satisfaction.Escalate in real time to the Team Leader any operational incidents, potential losses, or complaints.Contribute to strengthening operational controls and mitigating operational risks.
