Our team seeks a seasoned environmental expert to lead and oversee day-to-day operations of projects within the Environmental Team.
Key responsibilities include managing fee agreements, invoicing, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, this role requires guiding junior team members and sub-consultants to deliver project requirements effectively.
This position involves taking ownership of projects from inception to completion, ensuring project profitability, and providing regular updates to senior management and clients. It also includes reporting directly to senior management on project performance and balancing multiple projects while managing client expectations, staff resources, and project deadlines.
* Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of projects within the Environmental Team.
* Guide and manage junior team members and sub-consultants to deliver project requirements effectively.
* Take ownership of projects from inception to completion, ensuring project profitability and providing regular updates to senior management and clients.
The ideal candidate will have a third-level qualification in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience in a similar role is required. The candidate should also possess a strong understanding of the Irish planning system, experience working on large-scale EIAR, planning, and construction stage projects, as well as comprehensive knowledge of civil engineering, construction management, ecology, hydrology/hydrogeology, noise, air, traffic, geotechnical disciplines, and their interrelationships within EIAR projects.
