Pensions Administrator Position
At our Dublin-based Wealth Management firm, we are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Life & Pensions Administrator to support our Broker Support team.
Job Overview:
This role involves facilitating communication between clients, brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processing. Responsibilities include resolving client inquiries, collaborating with brokers to optimize their efficiency, and ensuring compliance with established processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process pension, investment, and protection business submitted by the financial advisory team.
* Set up new clients and policies on CRM software.
* Collaborate with financial advisors to draw up and issue compliance documents to clients.
* Evaluate files for compliance in line with company procedures.
* Establish strong relationships with clients through effective communication and service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience working with pension or protection products in a brokerage or life company.
* A strong understanding of Life, Pension, and Investment products available to the Broker market.
* Proficiency with CRM software such as Wealthtrack and Salesforce is an advantage.
