Customer Service Executive – Fluent Dutch + German or French Location: Dublin (Hybrid – Park West) | Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:*****:30 The Role We are currently hiring a Customer Service Executive fluent in Dutch and either German or French, with strong English skills, to join a global, technology-led organisation based in Dublin.
This is a hybrid role, requiring three days per week onsite at a Park West office location.
The working pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:*****:30, working five consecutive days.
In this role, you will support customers with a wide range of queries, from everyday requests such as password resets to more complex operational issues.
You will be a key point of contact, delivering a high-quality, human customer experience via phone and email.
This is not a traditional call centre environment.
There is no IVR and no volume-driven culture.
The focus is on ownership, problem-solving, and delivering a positive customer experience rather than simply closing cases.
