Breaffy House Resort is currently recruiting Full-time & Part-time Bar Personal to support Bar Manager in smooth running of Resort bars.Key duties and responsibilities-Position OverviewAs a Bartender at our 4-star resort, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by preparing and serving a wide variety of beverages with professionalism, creativity, and efficiency. You will be an ambassador of our hospitality standards, ensuring that every guest enjoys a welcoming and memorable bar experience.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and guest requests.Provide excellent guest service by engaging in friendly, professional interaction and anticipating guest needs.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist with stock control and ordering.Suggest and promote signature cocktails, seasonal specials, and premium beverages to maximize sales.Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.Process guest orders accurately using POS systems and handle payments securely.Collaborate with the bar and restaurant team to ensure seamless service across all F&B outlets.Uphold the resort's image and brand standards through grooming, communication, and conduct.Qualifications & SkillsPrevious bartending experience in a hotel, resort, or upscale bar environment preferred.Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, spirits, and barista coffee preparation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-oriented mindset.Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and local liquor licensing laws.POS system proficiency and basic cash handling skills.Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Job Type: Full-timePay: €14.00-€16.00 per hourBenefits:Additional leaveBike to work schemeCompany eventsEmployee discountFood allowanceOn-site parkingWellness programApplication question(s):Are you interested in a Full-time or Part-time position?Work Location: In person
