Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth service delivery
* Leadership, mentorship, and motivation of a team of chefs and kitchen staff
* Planning and delivery of seasonal, on-trend menus aligned with customer expectations
* Management of stock levels, suppliers, and ordering in line with budget requirements
* Ensurance of compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
* Monitoring of food presentation and quality standards
* Collaboration with senior management and front-of-house teams to enhance the customer experience
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume catering, hotel, or restaurant environment
* Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Passion for innovation, food trends, and delivering high-quality dishes
* Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and achieve operational targets
* Flexibility to work shifts, including some weekends as required
