Finance Operations Leader
This role encompasses comprehensive support for transaction processes, encompassing preparing marketing collateral, managing data repositories, processing non-disclosure agreements, coordinating due diligence activities, and facilitating critical client/purchaser meetings.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Transaction Execution & Support: Provide end-to-end support for M&A processes
2. Strategic Planning & Valuation: Spearhead company valuation services, including attending client meetings and conducting financial analysis and research
3. Advisory Services & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a central coordinator and effective liaison with clients, purchasers, and senior management
Requirements:
* Qualified accountant with a minimum of three years' post-qualification experience in a Public Practice environment
* Strong technical foundation in financial analysis, company valuation, and transaction services
* Meticulous attention to detail, clear commercial awareness, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for assisting business owners solve problems and maximize opportunities
