The successful candidate will be responsible for both preventative and reactive maintenance, fault finding and commissioning of heating and plumbing systems.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Carry out both reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance
* Servicing of plant room equipment such as boilers, pumps, pressure vessels, calorifiers and their relevant controls
* Ensuring detailed electronic service work reports are submitted for all works completed
* Assist with all queries regarding quotations and purchasing
* Ensure compliance at all times with Health and Safety requirements
* Installation of heating and plumbing systems will also be required
* Overtime may be required to cover out of hours work
* Note: The successful candidate will receive full technical and co-ordination support from head office team
Qualifications and Experience
* Fetac Level 6 Craft Plumbing Certificate
* Formal training /certification in gas - GID/RGI registered
* 5 years post qualified experience
* Previous experience working in a maintenance role
* Ability to work under pressure with excellent time management skills
* Experience in maintaining and servicing gas boilers
* Clean Driving Licence
* Computer Literate
* Excellent communication (written and verbal)
* Team player
