Job Overview
This role will be based in a state of the art manufacturing facility and is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of an engineering team from a day to day perspective.
The ideal candidate will have people management skills within the parameters of engineering day to day operations, as well as a strong background in engineering with experience in global multinationals.

Requirements and Qualifications
In order to succeed in this position, the following requirements must be met:
* A proven track record of managing teams and providing leadership at a high level.
* Solid understanding of engineering practices and principles with experience working within multinational environments.
* NPI and Tech Transfer experience would be highly advantageous for this role.
