Marketing Activation Role Summary
The Retail Marketing Specialist is responsible for designing and implementing store marketing activation plans to support sales, seasonal promotions, and new product launches.
* Develop local store marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic and sales.
* Collaborate with store managers to identify local opportunities and tailor marketing activities accordingly.
* Ensure brand consistency in all in-store communications and point-of-sale materials.
* Campaign Management & Reporting: Support the rollout of nationwide marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-store channels. Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Relationship Management: Establish strong working relationships with store managers. Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing-related queries from stores.
* Content & Communications: Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to integrate in-store campaigns with online activity.
* Minimum 5 years' marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a retail-focused environment.
* Demonstrated success in driving foot traffic and sales through local and national campaigns.
* Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
