Job Role Overview
The HR Business Partner role involves providing daily support and guidance to employees across the organization, focusing on employee relations matters. This position is based onsite in Donegal Town and is a six-month assignment.
* Deliver daily HR services across the business.
* Manage employee relations matters, including performance, conduct, and grievance processes.
* Conduct workplace investigations and provide support as needed.
* Collaborate with managers to promote best practice in HR.
* Assist with HR administration, documentation, and reporting as necessary.
* Previous experience in HR, particularly in employee relations.
* Strong understanding of HR processes and Irish employment legislation.
* Ability to build effective relationships and communicate confidently with management.
* Proactive approach and capacity to work independently.
