BCAR Coordinator Sandymount €40-€45 K We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized BCAR Coordinator to manage and maintain project documentation for a retail project in Crumlin.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all project-related documents are accurately recorded, stored, and accessible, with a strong emphasis on Building Control Amendment Regulations (BCAR) compliance.
Responsibilities: * Manage and maintain the project document control system, ensuring all documents are accurately filed, tracked, and readily accessible.
* Ensure all documentation complies with BCAR requirements, including the preparation and management of BCAR documentation.
* Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure timely submission and approval of documents.
* Monitor document revisions and ensure the latest versions are available to project teams.
* Assist in the preparation of reports and audits related to document control and BCAR compliance.
* Provide training and support to project teams on document control procedures and software.
Qualifications: * Proven experience as a Document Controller in the construction industry.
* In-depth knowledge of BCAR regulations and requirements.
* Experience with document control software and systems.
