Key Responsibilities
* Preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts, including year-end accounts.
* Project reporting, cash flow analysis, and profitability evaluation.
* Budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning for finance systems development and implementation.
* Compliance with financial regulations and processes, team management, and coordination with the Finance Director and Board.
Role Requirements
* A degree in a relevant field, preferably with ACCA or ACA qualifications.
* At least 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the construction industry.
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
