Job Title: Senior Operations Manager
We are currently sourcing an experienced Shift Supervisor to join our Eyecare Packaging team in Westport on an initial 12 Month Fixed Term contract.
This is a shift based role, you will be required to work 12-hour shifts between days and nights on a Bi-Weekly rotation.
Purpose: Lead and facilitate the safe operations of the packaging process in line with all safety, regulatory and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as key point of technical contact for packaging activities
2. On the floor Management and execution of equipment preparation support processing activities
3. Daily reporting on operations status supporting activities Liaise with program management supply chain technical teams quality engineering groups to ensure effective planning scheduling commercial clinical manufacturing/filling Resolve project issues working customers health authorities internal audits Drive operations excellence OEE where applicable Develop direct reports securing appropriate training assigning tasks managing reviews Qualifications
4.
