Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety excellence throughout the organization.
* Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on safety protocols and best practices.
* Investigate accidents and incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
* Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, audits, and training sessions.
* Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, ensuring compliance and providing guidance to colleagues.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-risk industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and educate employees at all levels.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
* A full clean driving license and personal transport.
